Our services are designed and delivered in partnership with integrated care systems, primary care networks, clinical commissioning groups (CCGs) and public health teams within local authorities

In England, we are living longer – within the last century life expectancy has risen by almost 30 years. Despite this, around 20% of our lives are spent in poor health1, placing further strain on the already stretched health and social care services.

As members of the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH), we understand that many causes of ill health are preventable. There are lifestyle choices we can take to reduce our chances of becoming unwell including not smoking, being physically active and reducing alcohol intake2.
